Our Coaching Process

We structure our coaching engagements to meet the needs of the individual.  At the beginning of the engagement, your coach will take time to get to know you and the role you fulfill in your company.  That allows us to determine what assessments will be relevant for the goals you wish to accomplish.  We will review your assessment results with you and work with you to create a development plan that gets you excited about the future.  Once that’s developed, we use our coaching sessions to gain insights, challenge assumptions, and change behaviors until you reach your desired results.  From there, we’ll establish how you will achieve continued success once our coaching engagement has been completed.
