Stephanie Martinez has had a successful career over the past 20+ years as Vice President of HR, Entrepreneur, Learning & Development Facilitator, and Coach. She is passionate about helping organizations and their people reach their full potential.  She has extensive experience working with all types of organizations and industries, which is helpful when leaders are trying to navigate industry specific politics and cultures.

As a certified coach, Stephanie’s client list spans a wide range of industries including hospitals, consulting, technology, financial investments, universities, consumer goods, and nonprofit. Stephanie brings a unique perspective as a business owner seeing an organization through its various stages of growth.  She has been both an “intrapreneur,” who devised the strategic direction and built teams and an entrepreneur, who knows what it takes to build a successful company in a competitive and increasingly global marketplace. Stephanie is also one of the contributing authors of the book, “Latinas Rising Up in HR,” which highlights the stories of 20 Latina women.

Stephanie enjoys working with clients (and their teams), to help them understand how to unlock their true potential. Her expertise lies in strategic planning, leadership and emerging leader development & coaching, navigating crucial conversations, giving effective feedback, team effectiveness, and women’s leadership development.
